Courvosier VSOP is produced from a minimum of 50% Grande Champagne Cognac with the balance being made up of Petite Cognac aged 7 to 12 years. On the nose coffee beans and mint leaves appear with some grape notes. The taste is more coffee notes as it opens and develops with touches of brown sugar, apple peels, and a fragrant oakiness. Perfect alongside an espresso after a large meal.
