Burgeon Pistil Pilsner is a German-style Pilsner, brewed with a foundation of Pilsner and Carafoam, bittered with Perle, and then loaded with a huge late addition of German Saphir. Different German yeasts were trialed on Pistil over the last two years, so this is the perfect profile that requires a retry if you've had it before. Delicious, with floral, lemony, and spicy aromatics, and a crisp, clean finish. 5.2% ABV.
