The non-vintage Lustau Fino del Puerto is comprised of 100% Palomino aged in El Puerto de Santa María for an average of 5 years. It is a light, dry, straw-colored Fino Sherry, with aromatic hints of the sea and Baker's yeast from the 'flor', and exhibits a classic nutty flavor. Serves as an excellent aperitif or pairs with ham, almonds and cheese, and sushi.
