Product Overview
Produced in very limited quantities, this expression of Fidencio Mezcal is distilled from wild Madrecuixe agave, a low-yielding strain found at high elevations in southern Oaxaca. Both the nose and palate display complex notes of mature agave, stony mineral and wild herbs, supported by a bold note of wood smoke. Light floral notes and touch of earth appear on the long, balanced finish.
