From the Producer's Website: Zircon Azul is made by family members who appreciate quality tequila. The nose has a strong near dry cut grassiness, vanilla, lite honey, chalky minerality, slightly perfumy, white and chili pepper, and hints of pine and thyme. The flavors are a robust amount of black pepper, strong agave, slight honey, vanilla, oak barrel aging effect, and a floral note of perfume.
The finish is bold and gratifying, with long flavors and a harmonious overall balance. Zircón’s Reposado is at its best as a sipping tequila or paired with an orange wedge and cinnamon.
