Welcome to Holiday Wine Cellar, where every day is a holiday! Our Escondido, California landmark store, located in North County San Diego, has been family-owned and operated since its conception in 1965 - specializing in import & domestic wines, craft beers, and spirits from around the world. Since 2009, we have made our extensive selection of fine wines, craft beers, and exceptional spirits available online. Customers receive the same white-glove service, selection, & tradition whether visiting our landmark store in-person or from the comfort of a computer, tablet, or phone.
In addition to our extensive inventory, for those that are able to visit our landmark store, we have a 24-bottle self-serve wine bar in San Diego County's only authentic underground wine cellar, with a speakeasy-esque events room attached and available for rental. We host weekly wine & beer tasting events & offer FREE sips while you shop at our weekly educational spirits tasting events in the upstairs tasting bar. Holiday Wine Cellar's wine experts are knowledgeable in collectible Napa Valley wine, French wine, vintage Port wine, champagne, sparkling wine, 90+ wines, and so much more. Our craft beer selection is so vast that we've built a dedicated walk-in Beer Cave to house our large selection of IPA’s, sour beers, local San Diego craft beer, West Coast craft beer, and other domestic, and imported beers. Our specialty in spirits include, but are not limited to: Tequila, Mezcal, American Bourbon, Whiskey, Scotch Whisky, Cognacs, and Liqueurs.
Our online catalog is easy to navigate, so you can find the Red Wine, IPA, Scotch Whisky, and/or Tequila you are looking for instantly. We package every order up in our special beer shippers, wine shippers and spirit shippers using our custom made 6-pack shippers and 12-pack shippers. Once you have added the wine, beer, and/or spirits you want to your cart, it is easy to complete your order online through our secure server.
