Balletto 2010 Gewurztraminer - Russian River Valley, California. Lychee fruit and bright citrusy tangerine show in abundance with an underlying and mellow nutmeg and honey spice flavor helps to frame the dominant fruit aromas. In the mouth, the fruit flavors transfer to the palate and are joined by nice bright lemon.
Evolucio 2011 Furmint - Hungary. Aromatic and richly flavorful, this crisp white is bursting with citrus, green apples, apricots, floral and mineral notes. The palate is slightly off-dry, ripe with rich flavors of stone fruits and citrus. The finish is lengthy and dry.

Villa Sparina 2011 Gavi - Italy. Lots of peach, nectarine peel, and wet stone on the palate complement a long, juicy finish.
Tarrica 2011 Gewurztraminer - Central Coast, California. Aromatic, with notes of lychee, rose hips, honey suckle, and spice. Medium bodied and well balanced, showcasing tropical fruit flavors as well as pear, stone fruit, wildflowers, and mineral undertones.

Tabali "Talinay" 2010 Chardonnay - Limari Valley, Chile. This lovely wine features notes of poached pear, Fuji apple, butter pastry, and toasted almond. Full-bodied, but amazingly fresh and intense. The creamy, weighty mouthfeel gives way to a long, complex finish with a hint of salt air.

Bacalhoa 2007 Muscatel de Setubal - Portugal. A well-spiced, dessert style white, with died apricot, wild cherry and dried pineapple flavors, featuring notes of candied ginger and dried mango. Spicy finish. - Wine Spectator

Munzenrieder 2004 Samling 88 Trockenbeerenauslese - Burgenland, Austria. Rich, ripe and dense, with a strong chamomile undercurrent to the glazed apricot flavors. The long, spicy finish features plenty of cream.
Chamisal 2011 Chardonnay - Edna Valley, California. This unoaked chardonnay features aromas of ripe pineapple, fresh Gala apples, pear and candied lemon. Finishes clean and crisp, with lingering acidity.
Red
Liparita 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon - Napa Valley, California. On the nose red cherry, pomegranate, licorice and berry. Tastes of all-spice, black pepper with a long lush finish of vanilla and fruit.
La Cetto 2008 Nebbiolo - Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico. Brilliant clean aromas of ripe red and black fruit with spicy notes of nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon. A fruity and spicy palate with hints of tobacco, leather, and walnut, round and with a good tannic structure.
YNOT? 2010 Pinot Noir - Santa Barbara County, California. Fruit-forward with ample cherry and berry on the nose, lively acidity, and a silky palate that does down easily.

La Playa 2011 Claret - Valle Central, Chile. The bouquet is bursting with lots of jam and red fruit notes, which give way to hazelnut, blackberry, and plum peel on the palate. The finish is long and silky, fading gracefully with notes of vanilla and toasty oak.

District 7 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon -Monterey, California. Concentrated blackberry and black raspberry flavors are framed by well-integrated tannins. The balance of luscious fruit, acidity and moderate tannins makes this wine a perfect companion to fine cuisine.
