Ayinger Ur Weisse

Old-fashioned Bavarian dunkel (dark) wheat beer. Amber in color, dry in palate, very fruity, bursting with flavor. A complex beer with suggestions of soft fruit, apple, and, in the finish, perhaps even cloves. Extraordinary as an aperitif.
