Manastirka Slivovitz is a supremely perfected drink of rich flavor and heart warming bouquet, distinct and unique amongst the world's finest drinks. Nature's own nectar, a gift and a blessing! A special process of fermentation and distillation of plums produces this brandy of supreme quality. Fresh ripened organic nature plums, grown only in this part of Serbia, are crushed and allowed to ferment. The mash is twice-distilled and aged in oak barrel casks. Hand selected fresh plums are then added to yield more of the fruit taste.
