Ripe peach and vanilla on the nose, with exotic lemon thyme and magnolia adding complexity. Tangy citrus flavors are surprisingly round, picking up riper pear and white peach with air. Nothing heavy or oaky about this. Finishes with excellent juicy persistence and firm minerality.
