Amber color, bordering on tawny. Butterscotch and olive notes. Taste: no surprise, molasses hits the tongue on the tip. Maple sugar and vanilla explode mid palate, followed by spicy ginger note. Finish: toffee and smooth sweet toast as it cools off.
