This flavored vodka took nearly 5 years to create. Miles sourced and extracted many varieties of tea to find the flavor profile that matched his vision. Ultimately, he chose rare first- growth green tea from the Anhwei Province, a prime growing region along China's  fabled silk route. Perfecting the extraction technique to ensure well-balanced flavors and a smooth mouth feel required his years of experience as a Master Distiller.
