A lovely light brown colour. A wonderfully fresh bouquet supported by notes of mintsand aniseed make this a wine of great finesse.You will find sharp aromas of bananas and peaches, succeeded by melted jammy notes that appear in the second impression. The quality of the tannins on the palate is quite remarkable. The attack is soft and integrated, before we experience an aromatic explosion of spices (cloves, peppers), fruits (prunes), liquorice and mint. Good length on the palate.
