The Canadian Mist has a medium honey color. The nose is soft with hints of vanilla, caramel and dark fruit, then cinnamon spice and light oak lingers in. The taste is so soft with a light of caramel sweetness that dissolves into a mild oak with hints of spice and fruit. The finish has a clean and cooling with a quick fade.
