In
an attempt to remove impurities, most vodka producers employ
distillation processes that will inadvertently strip all traces
of a vodka’s bouquet and diminish its texture. The result
is a tasteless, insipid product.
Blue Ice Vodka is distilled in a four-column apparatus via fractional distillation. This distillation process allows the Master Distiller to control the removal of impurities, such as congeners and fusel oils, while maintaining the delicate flavor profile and rich texture of Blue Ice Vodka.
