Our 2007 vineyard select Cabernet possesses sweet aromatics of black cherry, ripe plum, notes of molasses and undertones of rich earth. The palate is laden with black stone fruit, espresso and spice. This wine is well balanced and marked by firm, structured tannins. Cellar worthy for the next 8-10 years.
