Innocent Bystander 2010 Pinot Gris

A PG that you could almost mistake as a contemporary chardonnay - citrus zest, nougat, with stone fruit and preserved ginger all playing a part. A rich and complex wine resulting from partial wild yeast, part barrel ferment. It's intense and captivating to drink.
