Archery Summit 2008 Pinot Noir

Premier Cuvee, our 100% Pinot Noir proprietary blend, is made from both our oldest plantings and select Dijon clones sourced from our estate vineyards. These hillside vineyards, which are planted with up to 4,800 vines per acre, are tended exclusively by our crew of dedicated vineyard workers. The wine was fermented by indigenous yeasts in both wooden and stainless steel open top tanks and gently handled in our unique gravity flow winery.
