Grapes for this singular and sublime blend are handpicked from mature vineyards chosen for their consistent high quality fruit. Following fermentation the wine is aged two years in French oak barrels, after which the three grape varieties are blended to perfection and bottled. A further 12 months bottle aging ensues prior to release. Aromas of black cherry, plum, and space combine with notes of cedar and vanilla in a richly alluring bouquet. The flavor is full-bodied and complex underlined by supple tannins, leading to a sustained finish.
