COURSE:  Founded by a love and passion for aviation paired with the beauty and elegance of wine, winemaker and former commercial airline pilot Kim Wascher and husband, John, former USMC helicopter pilot welcome you to our family of Flight Wines. Meticulous attention to detail and hands on approach to wine making principles are what separate our wines from larger producers. Please join us in our journey of endless destinations. 

ATTITUDE:  Our winemaking practices are simple: good fruit comes from good vineyards. Good winemaking is allowing the vineyard and the fruit to show with minimal processing, and a very gentle technique. We want to produce wines that are examples of beautifully handcrafted, small production, elegant wines. 

HEADING:  We’re on track to take Flight. We have worked hard to get this operation off the ground and we intend to keep it soaring. Of course, we have lofty goals of offering premium wines in small lots that offer the finest terroir the vineyards can produce.  In keeping with the highest levels of winemaking practices, we will offer our wines in small lots (flights). We invite you to share our wines with your friends because they most likely will not have heard of us.
