Domaine Serene Chardonnay Soleil 2008
Clos du Soleil (meaning Vineyard of the Sun) is one of the seven vineyards of Domaine Serene's Evenstad Estate, located atop the prestigious Dundee Hills of Oregon.  This 4 acre east facing steep hillside vineyard is 650 to 700 feet in elevation.  It is closely planted to Dijon clone 6 of Chardonnay.  Barrel fermented and aged on the less in small French cooperage, this wine is Burgundian in style; mouth filling fruit, balanced with acidity and integrated French oak.
