Meloza Anejo is one to try-it's a great sipper and very complex. The aroma offers up vegetal notes but with slight vanilla sweetness. The body is super balanced by spice from the oak and a bit of the green notes. The finish is long with a lot of elements from the aging but the vanilla is still there and the spice notes last for a good, long time.
