Talley 09 Sauvignon Blanc

Winemaker Notes: The 2009 Estate Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of juniper berry, grapefruit, lime, and sour grass with hints of honey. The mid-palate has consistent flavors of citrus fruits and green apple. This wine shows concentration in its fruit that is balanced by a light, dry finish. In addition to seafood, this wine pairs nicely with creamy goat cheeses and spicy Asian faire.
