Our Aged Rum is born from brand new American Oak barrels.  These are the same barrels used to age whiskey, however, our production begins with evaporated can sugar instead of grain.  A deep "alligator chat" adds depth of color and imparts flavors of vanilla and smoke naturally with age.  Explore how good real barrel aged rum can be.
