The Transcendentalist is a three vintage blend of 37% grenache, 33% mourvedre and 30% syrah. Sourced from several of the Central Coast's best vineyards, this wine transcends space and time to deliver a flavors of black tea, pomegranate, hoisin, black pepper and sandalwood accents. Fans of Orin Swift's "The Prisoner" will love this wine. Considering five dollars more gets you a magnum, this sounds like a deal that shouldn't be passed up.
